Finding Your Print Subscription Account Number

US/Canada users you can find your print subscription account number on the mailing label of your magazine.

It is the 10 digits directly above your name following #TIM.

You can also look up your account number in Manage Account​ using your mailing address.

If you have registered and logged in on time.com, you can always make changes to your account preferences and find your account number in My Account.

 

If you are located outside of the US/Canada you can find your 12 digit account number on your magazine wrapper above your address.

Changing Your Mailing or Email Address

US/Canada users can update both your email and mailing address online.

For your email address:

  • Log in to Manage Account.
  • On the left navigation bar, select "Add/Change My Email Address"
  • Enter your email address, then select "save".

For your mailing:

  • Log in to Manage Account.
  • On the left navigation bar, select “Change My Mailing Address.”
  • Enter your new mailing address, then select “save.”

Note:​ It takes 2-4 weeks for the change of address to take effect. If you have any trouble changing your email or mailing address, you may contact customer care. If you have registered and logged in on TIME.com, you can always make changes to your account preferences in My Account.

Print Magazine Delivery

  • View the most current issue: If you want to confirm or read the most current issue while you wait for delivery, you can go here​ to sign in and access your Digital Magazines. For iOS users, you can download the Time Magazine App from the Appstore and sign in with the same email address you supplied when you subscribed or your Time Acount Number.
  • When to expect your first issue: Issue delivery times will depend on location.
United States: It will take 4-6 weeks for your first print issue of the magazine to arrive.
Canada: It will take 6-7 weeks for your first print issue of the magazine to arrive.
Other countries: It will take 4-6 weeks for your first print issue of the magazine to arrive.
  • Request a replacement issue: If you have missed multiple issues, to confirm your subscription or to receive replacement issues, contact customer care.​ Please let us know the last issue you received or the issue that you are missing, if you know it. You can see the most current issue on TIME.com or in the digital library.
  • Request an alternate cover:​ Sometimes we publish multiple covers for a single issue. As a subscriber, if you would like the alternate cover, just contact us​ and we will send it to you with our compliments. Delivery may take 2-3 weeks.

If you are located outside of the US/Canada

  • When to expect your first issue: Issue delivery times will depend on location. For international subscribers, it will take 4-6 weeks for your first print issue of the magazine to arrive. ​ Whilst you are waiting, you can access the latest issue in digital format.
  • Your subscription includes digital access to all issues within your subscription term. To read the latest issue in digital format on an iOS device download the Time Magazine App from the Appstore and Sign In with the same email address that you supplied when you subscribed to Time, or your Time Magazine Account Number. ​ ​
  • For access to the digital edition on your android device or PC, click one of the following links depending on the address that is associated with your Time subscription, and enter the email address you used when you subscribed to Time: Asia, South Pacific​ or Rest of World (excluding USA and Canada)
  • Request a replacement issue: If you have missed multiple issues, to confirm your subscription or to receive replacement issues, contact customer care for Asia and Pacific​ or Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America​ .   • All subscribers can access the digital edition on an iOS device by downloading the Time Magazine App from the Appstore and signing in using the email address you used when you subscribed, or your Time Account Number.
  • For USA/Canada, if you have a print or digital subscription you can go here​ to sign in and access your Digital Magazines, or click the Digital Magazine link in the Time.com site footer. ​
  • International subscribers should use one of the following links depending upon the address on your Time subscription account: Asia, Pacific​ or Rest of World (excluding USA/Canada)
  • If it's the first time you are accessing your Digital Library, or you have logged out from your library, the system will ask for your email and we will email you a direct link to your Library.
